Job Title - Senior Project Management Consultant / Senior Project Coordinator

Job Location - Thane / Navi Mumbai

Required qualification and Skillset:

• Bachelor's/Master's in Architecture or BE Civil with 15+ years of experience in architectural project management and execution.
• Proficient in reading and understanding architectural drawings.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and construction practices.
• Experienced in handling large, complex projects with excellent leadership, problem-solving, client management, and communication skills. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Brief Job Description:

1. Project Leadership & Execution

Lead architectural projects, ensuring timely delivery, technical accuracy, compliance, and quality standards.

2. Design Oversight & Quality Control

Review designs and drawings, maintain design integrity, and ensure alignment with client expectations.

3. Team Management & Mentorship

Assign tasks, monitor performance, and promote a collaborative team environment.

4. Client & Stakeholder Coordination

Act as the main point of contact, conduct meetings, manage expectations, and coordinate with consultants.

5. Project Documentation & Reporting

Ensure accurate documentation, track changes, and report project status to senior management.

6. Project Scheduling & Coordination

Manage timelines, set phase-wise deadlines, and adjust resources to meet project goals.

7. Risk Management

Identify potential risks, plan contingencies, and take proactive measures to avoid delays.

8. Documentation & Communication

Maintain organized records and regularly update stakeholders on project progress and key developments.
