We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is fully remote and requires proficiency in Kannada and English. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with clients to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Skills and Qualifications

Fluent in Kannada and English, both written and spoken.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
