Role Overview:We are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Website Operations Manager to handle the entire backend admin panel of the ZigMe website. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a smooth operational workflow for various cross-functional teams within the company, as well as provide seamless support to colleges, companies, and students facing any issues. While this role doesn&apost require technical knowledge, you need to be extremely proficient with website administration tools and have an intuitive understanding of user interfaces and systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Website Management: Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and optimization of the ZigMe website.
- Content Coordination: Collaborate with content and design teams to keep the website fresh and updated.
- Technical Liaison: Work closely with tech teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance site performance.
- SEO & Analytics: Monitor analytics, implement SEO best practices, and generate reports to boost engagement.
- Collaboration & Strategy: Partner with marketing and product teams to align website content with business goals.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear documentation of processes, updates, and improvement initiatives. PowerBI knowledge is preferred though not a must.
Requirements:- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Web Development, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years in website management, operations, or related roles.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CMS platforms, SEO tools, Google Analytics, customer support.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with a knack for optimizing user experience.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
