WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own end-to-end web development for multiple client projects simultaneously

• Build custom Shopify and WordPress solutions that go well beyond standard theme

customisation

• Implement advanced SEO technical requirements and Core Web Vitals performance

optimisation

• Work closely with the UX team to bring designs to pixel-accurate, fully responsive

life

• Manage project timelines and communicate progress clearly and proactively to account

managers

WHAT YOU BRING

• 2–4 years with a strong, diverse portfolio across WordPress and Shopify projects

• Advanced theme customisation, custom post types, and API integration experience

• Strong Core Web Vitals knowledge in LCP, CLS, FID, TTFB and how to improve all four

• Ability to accurately scope, estimate, and deliver development work to commercial

standards

AI & TOOLS MINDSET

• Actively uses AI coding tools to accelerate development and reduce repetitive manual

work

• Explores AI-powered testing, deployment automation, and performance monitoring tools

• Understands where custom development beats AI website builders and articulates that

clearly
