What does an ideal candidate look like
- Proven experience of 1+ years as a Web Developer with a focus on WordPress and Elementor.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience in optimising WordPress for speed and security.
- Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Bonus
Experience with Webflow and design skills.
Preferred Skills
- Sound concepts in UI Designing.
- Knowledge of SEO principles.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web pages using WordPress and Elementor, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Customise WordPress themes and plugins to meet business requirements.
- Optimise websites for maximum speed and scalability.
- Manage website security protocols and perform regular maintenance checks.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure visual coherence and implement web design features.
- Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and challenges.
