We are looking for a multidisciplinary Web Design & Solutions Lead who can bridge creativity, technology, and management. This role combines hands-on web design expertise, project management skills, and technical solutioning across multiple frameworks and projects. You'll work closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to conceptualize, prototype, and deliver innovative digital solutions that align with client goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Prototyping
- Create modern, responsive web designs and interactive prototypes using Figma, Wix Studio, WordPress, or other relevant tools.
- Translate business requirements into visually engaging, functional interfaces.
- Ensure design consistency and usability across all projects.
- Project & Team Management
- Manage multiple design and web development projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with design, development, and content teams; monitor deliverables and progress.
- Maintain task tracking, progress reporting, and client communication for ongoing projects.
- Research & Solutioning
- Conduct research across frameworks (Wix, WordPress, React, Webflow, etc.) to suggest the most efficient and scalable technical approach.
- Identify design or functional challenges and propose creative, tech-driven solutions.
- Prototype workflows, dashboards, or components to validate ideas before implementation.
- Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with the CEO to support new initiatives, client pitches, and innovation pilots.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth handover from design to build.
- Stay updated on emerging web technologies, UI trends, and design tools.
Requirements
- 36 years of experience in web design, UX/UI, or related roles.
- Strong command of Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent tools.
- Hands-on experience with at least one CMS or front-end framework (e.g., Wix, WordPress, Webflow, React).
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects or teams.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
