We are looking for a highly experienced Web Designer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in creating visually stunning, responsive, and user-friendly web designs. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in CSS and modern web design principles.
The candidate must possess excellent communication skills in English and be able to collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly web pages.
- Implement modern CSS techniques (Flexbox, Grid, animations, transitions, etc.).
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
- Work closely with front-end developers to translate designs into functional code.
- Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and usability.
- Stay up to date with current design trends, UI/UX best practices, and web technologies.
- Maintain brand consistency across all web designs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in web design and front-end development.
- Strong expertise in CSS, SCSS, or LESS.
- Proficiency in HTML5 and JavaScript (basic to intermediate level).
- Experience working with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
- Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.
- Familiarity with CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Foundation.
- Experience in working with design systems and UI component libraries.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and fluent communication in English.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks like React.js or Vue.js.
- Knowledge of WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms.
- Familiarity with basic SEO principles and performance optimization.
- Experience in animation and interactive design using GSAP or Lottie.
