As a Wealth Relationship Manager, we are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused professional from the Private
Wealth industry with 10+ years of experience. The role's primary objective is to manage and grow relationships with
high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients by offering tailored investment solutions across Financial Products.
You will be responsible for understanding clients financial goals, designing customized portfolios, and ensuring
superior client servicing. By maintaining high standards of compliance, building long-term trust, and staying updated
on market trends, you will help clients make informed investment decisions that optimize returns—while contributing
to the continued growth and reputation of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and acquire new client relationships (UHNI/HNIs, family offices, corporates) through
multiple channels, including existing client referrals, cold calling, and other client engagement initiatives.
Overall new AUM growth in line with the objective laid down by the company.
Managing individual revenue budget.
Advise clients on portfolio construction by offering a range of investment solutions across asset classes.
Prepare and interpret client-specific information, including investment performance reports, financial
summaries, and income projections, while proactively rebalancing portfolios to align with desired asset
allocation.
Continuously monitor and review client portfolios, leveraging timely analysis of market trends and
dynamics.
Ensure clients have regular access to relevant research material and market insights.
Service and support existing clients in collaboration with the client servicing team.
Customize investment pitches and advisory solutions in line with client requirements.
Advise clients on their investments, manage their overall financial portfolio, and increase share of wallet
from existing relationships.
Should be proficient with knowledge of capital markets as well as third party products such as MF, PMS,
Insurance etc. Proven ability to build deep, long-term client relationships with a strong track record of client
retention.
Education & Certifications
Post Graduate with MBA / Professional Certification
Knowledge of Financial products & Capital markets is essential.
