Company Name: ValuEnable Pvt Ltd (A Zerodha backed Insurtech) Position: Business Head Wealth Management Partnerships Looking for result oriented self-starters for a customer/client facing role dealing with credit rated structured financial products. The typical customer target segment would be HNI/UHNI, Family offices, PMS AIFs and distributors like Private Wealth management firms, New-age tech platforms offering alternative investments, and financial advisors. The role is to evangelize a new fixed income financial structure within the niche customer segment, facilitate understanding of the benefits among the target group, and ensure end-to-end product delivery and customer support. Business Head - Wealth Partnerships is required to have, A thorough understanding of financial products and general economic environment Working knowledge of life insurance products High degree of result-orientation to create a long-term profitable relationship with a knowledgeable client base Detail orientation for deep understanding of processes at client and our end AND to ensure compliance to multiple regulations governing the products we offer And above all, a high sense of responsibility and flair for solving customer problems Business Head - Wealth Partnerships will be responsible for, Nurture existing partnerships into profitable businesses In a nutshell, be responsible for revenue targets in key business accounts Develop new client relationship to further augment business Handle a team of associates and drive revenue targets through them Ensure agreed SLAs and compliance requirements for transactions are met without fail; Create process checks to raise red flags early for timely management action to avoid SLA/compliance adherence failures Support business development efforts for new relationship pitches Create business reports and present deep-dives on business performance consumer feedback regularly with the aim of spotting areas of concern as well as business expansion opportunities from the clients assigned Why Should You Consider Working (In this Role!) You will be handling interactions with multiple stakeholders such as business, technology and product teams. Eligibility Min. 10+ years experience in private wealth management, business development with revenue linked KPIs Experience in financial services is highly preferred MBA or equivalent degree from eminent institution; Financial certifications a huge plus!
