Role & Responsibilities

Handle international client interactions through phone and email

Process loan documentation and KYC forms

Support banking operations and customer queries

Work with AI-driven analytics (CX360) and RPA automation (Robility)

Manage workflows related to AML alerts, reconciliations, retail banking, cards, payments, and consumer lending
