We are Hiring For Field Officer

Channel Sales / Front-Line Sales

• Visit retailers, dealers, and paint shops to ensure company products are well stocked and properly displayed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local dealers, contractors, and painters to promote sales of paints and coatings.

Achieve Sales Targets

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the supervisor.
• Work towards increasing market share in the assigned territory.

Market Feedback & Reporting

• Collect market intelligence including competitor pricing, product preferences, and customer feedback.
• Prepare and submit sales and stock status reports regularly (weekly/monthly).

Customer Service

• Address customer complaints and queries related to product performance.
• Ensure high product quality and provide after-sales support where applicable.

Training & Development

• Participate in training programs on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies for approximately one year.
• Gain expertise on decorative paints, application methods, and new coating technologies.
