Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Analyze and resolve customer issues, documenting solutions and best practices.
- Collaborate with technical teams and customer service for timely support.
- Respond promptly to technical assistance requests and bug reports.
Software Development & Maintenance
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle: analysis, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
- Code following standards, including pseudo code, comments, and unit testing.
- Develop modular solutions and configure/install software components.
- Maintain ERP/SAP-MES integration with installation guides.
- Contribute 30% of time to development tasks while supporting rotational shifts.
System Monitoring & Performance
- Conduct system-wide tests, monitor performance, and provide technical support.
