Job Description

Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors/agents
Train and develop agents on products, sales techniques, and compliance
Drive business through the agency team to achieve monthly targets
Motivate and guide agents for consistent performance
Conduct joint field work and sales support activities
Monitor agent productivity and improve performance
Ensure policy issuance, renewals, and persistency
Maintain strong relationships with agents and customers
Plan and execute local marketing and lead generation activities

Minimum 1–5 years of experience in insurance / agency / direct sales / BFSI

Experience in agency channel or team handling is highly preferred

Strong recruitment and team management skills

Good communication and leadership abilities

Target-driven with a proven sales track record

Ability to work in field sales and manage a team

Graduation is mandatory
