Job Description

Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure efficient utilization of space and resources.
Implement and maintain safety procedures to create a safe working environment for warehouse staff.
Manage and coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Monitor inventory levels regularly to avoid stock outs and overstock situations.
Implement inventory tracking systems and conduct periodic stock audits.
Work closely with the procurement team to maintain optimal stock levels based on production schedules and customer demands.
Enforce strict quality control measures to ensure that all products meet industry standards.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to warehouse operations.
Supervise and lead warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities for team members.
Continuously identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement within the warehouse.
Implement modern warehousing practices to streamline operations and reduce costs.
Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Address customer complaints related to warehouse and logistics operations promptly.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other warehouse-related data.
Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and operational metrics.
Bachelor's degree in Chemicals, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
