Job Description

Job Summary

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient storage, inventory management, and distribution of healthcare products, medicines, and medical equipment while maintaining compliance with healthcare and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warehouse Operations Management

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching healthcare products.

Ensure proper handling and storage of medicines and medical equipment according to regulatory guidelines.

Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.

  • Inventory Control

Monitor stock levels and conduct periodic inventory audits.

Implement inventory control systems to minimize stock discrepancies.

Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams for stock planning.

  • Compliance & Quality Assurance

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Maintain proper documentation for stock movement and regulatory audits.

Ensure temperature-controlled storage where required for medical products.

  • Logistics & Distribution

Coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatch and delivery.

Ensure proper packaging and safe transportation of healthcare products.

Monitor dispatch timelines and reduce delays.

  • Team Management

Supervise warehouse staff including supervisors, pickers, and loaders.

Provide training on warehouse processes, safety, and compliance.

Monitor team productivity and performance.

  • Reporting & Documentation

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and operations reports.

Maintain records of goods received, stored, and dispatched.

Track warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy and order fulfillment.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

Certification in warehouse/logistics management is an advantage.

Experience

5+ years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.

Preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.
