Job Title: Warehouse Manager North

About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on and process-driven Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our North warehouse facility. This role is critical in ensuring smooth inward, inventory management, dispatch, quality control, and coordination with production and logistics teams. You'll be at the heart of a fast-paced, consumer-focused business that values precision, accountability, and hustle.
Key Responsibilities
1. Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities including inwarding, storage, picking, packing, dispatch & RTV handling.
- Ensure high inventory accuracy by aligning physical stock with ERP records.
- Monitor and manage inventory health, including dead stock flagging, stock ageing, and layout adherence.
- Maintain FIFO/LIFO discipline and ensure proper barcoding, labelling, and storage.
2. Dispatch & Order Fulfilment
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatches aligned with sales plans (retail, e-com, corporate).
- Coordinate closely with production and sales teams to prioritize dispatches and manage flow.
- Oversee accurate SKU-level fulfilment and timely recovery and repackaging of RTVs.
3. Quality & Process Compliance
- Enforce SOPs across all touchpoints: inward, picking, QC, and post-production.
- Drive continuous training for the team on QC, packaging standards, and plant/product knowledge.
- Minimize rejection rates and maintain cleanliness and process discipline.
4. People & Team Management
- Lead a team of warehouse executives, supervisors, and laborers; ensure clarity of roles and productivity.
- Plan for manpower requirements based on projections and ensure team backup readiness.
- Build a positive work culture and resolve on-ground team issues promptly.
5. System & Documentation Compliance
- Ensure real-time entries in ERP and tracker tools for all inventory movements.
- Adhere to store issue protocols and maintain documentation hygiene.
- Conduct monthly closings and quarterly stock audits with high accuracy.
6. Warehouse Upkeep
- Oversee warehouse infrastructure, utilities, and equipment maintenance.
- Conduct regular preventive checks and ensure safe operations.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
Experience:
- 57 years of experience in warehouse or plant operations (preferably in FMCG, consumer goods, or high-SKU environments).
- Proven experience managing teams and handling fast-moving inventory.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong operational mindset with attention to detail.
- Comfortable using ERP systems and Excel for inventory tracking.
- Ability to lead and coach ground teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a get-it-done attitude.
Other Requirements:
- Must be comfortable working out of Sohna Farm.
- Personal vehicle for commute is preferred.
