Warehouse Manager                                                                                       Location:Nellore(AP)

We are looking for an experienced, proven, energetic, multi-talented, versatile, passionate, and hands-on Warehouse Manager.

• You must have good people skills, good verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with people across teams e.g., Production Planning, Fabrication, Machining, Welding, Powder Coating, Assembly, Testing, Sales, Service, Accounts, Audit, Management, and our dealers.
• You will be in-charge of our central warehouse at our factory campus and regional warehouses at 15 branches.

Location: Our factory at Podalakur, Nellore (Andhra Pradesh)

• Number of Openings: One
• Languages: English read/write/speak, Telugu spoken, Hindi spoken
• Required experience: 5 years in Management of Spare Parts Department (Preferably in farm machinery or 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler segment)
• Travel: Occasional travel is required to support branches and audits. Minimum travel of 2-3 days per month is expected.
• Qualification: BE/BTech/Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering.

Responsibilities include:

1. Implementing SOP across warehouses and updating SOP as required.

2. Store Management: organizing, stacking, and arranging of goods, ensure FIFO in stocking, restocking, dispatches.

3. Process compliance, maintaining timely, accurate and clear documentation for inward, outward, damages etc.

4. You must be an expert in managing a large warehouse (2 Lakh square feet storage space) with 500 different SKU.

5. You should be able to manage a team of loaders, forklift operators, drivers, accountant etc.

6. Work with accounts, vendors, and management to finalize rate contracts with transporters and casual workers at competitive rates.

7. Managing timely dispatches and deliveries to customers and branches

8. Inventory management at our branch warehouses

9. Periodic and systematic audits at central and branch warehouses in concert with account department

10. Coordinate with factory, sales, imports and accounts for planning of space and dispatches

11. Take complete ownership of Warehouse at factory and branches.
