Warehouse Manager – E-commerce & Marketplace Operations

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager with hands-on experience in managing warehouse operations for retail and e-commerce businesses. The ideal candidate should have expertise in handling inventory, order fulfilment, marketplace operations, dispatches for Shopify, Amazon FBA/FBF fulfilment, B2B dispatches, and managing domestic & international shipments.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Inventory Management
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of stocks.
- Ensure accurate inventory management across all sales channels.
- Conduct regular stock audits and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with procurement teams.
- Adhere to packing and picking norms to be followed in the warehouse
E-commerce & Marketplace Operations
- Manage order processing and fulfillment for Shopify and various e-commerce marketplaces.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of customer orders to respective pick-up partners
- Coordinate with logistics partners and courier aggregators for smooth operations.
- Handle returns, replacements, and reverse logistics efficiently.
Amazon FBA & FBF Management
- Plan and manage Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) inventory replenishment.
- Coordinate FBA shipment creation, labeling, and dispatch.
- Manage FBF (Fulfillment by Merchant) orders and ensure SLA compliance.
- Monitor inventory health and stock movement across Amazon warehouses.
Product Listing & Catalog Management
- Maintain and update product/inventory listings across marketplaces and Shopify.
- Coordinate with catalog teams for product uploads, updates, and content corrections.
- Ensure SKU mapping, inventory synchronization, and listing accuracy.
B2B & International Shipping
- Handle B2B order processing and bulk dispatches.
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
- Prepare shipping documentation, invoices, and compliance-related paperwork.
- Work closely with freight forwarders, customs agents, and logistics partners.
Reporting & Coordination
- Generate inventory, order fulfilment, and shipment reports.
- Analyze operational KPIs and suggest process improvements.
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, customer support, and marketplace teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in Warehouse Management for an E-commerce company.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify and major marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, Nykaa, etc.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon FBA and FBF operations.
- Good understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse processes.
- Experience handling B2B and D2C order fulfillment.
- Knowledge of international shipping and export documentation.
- Experience with inventory reconciliation and stock audits.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP, WMS, Unicommerce, EasyEcom, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of barcode systems and warehouse automation.
- Familiarity with courier aggregators and shipping platforms.
