Role Description

The Warehouse Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure proper inventory and stock control, and manage workflows to enhance efficiency. Responsibilities include coordinating with teams, supervising forklift operations, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role also involves monitoring operational performance, resolving issues promptly, and optimizing warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Stock Control, Inventory Management, and Inventory Control
• Experience in Operations Management and implementing operational best practices
• Efficient organizational and time-management skills
• Sound knowledge of warehouse management systems and processes
• Ability to lead teams effectively and solve operational challenges
• Education in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
