Job Description:

The Wellness Shop is looking for an experienced Logistics & Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations and ensure smooth logistics flow for our e-commerce business. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in inventory management, NDR handling, customer support coordination, and working closely with courier and logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound, storage, order processing, and dispatch.

Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely stock audits.

Work closely with the NDR (Non-Delivery Report) team and customer support team for issue resolution.

Coordinate daily with courier and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and returns.

Optimize warehouse processes for improved speed and efficiency.

Monitor dispatch accuracy and ensure operational compliance.

Requirements:

Proven experience in warehouse & logistics management, preferably in an e-commerce company.

Strong knowledge of inventory control, NDR processes, and courier coordination.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
