We are seeking a Warehouse Incharger to oversee our warehouse operations in Europe, Canada, and New Zealand. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates looking to start a career in logistics and supply chain management.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the warehouse.
- Ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of warehouse products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation for all shipments.
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to facilitate timely deliveries.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and other departments.
- Basic computer skills to manage inventory and generate reports.
