Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations at Fabri Care, managing a team to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records and timely replenishment.
• Implement and enforce warehouse safety standards to ensure a safe working environment for all staff at Fabri Care.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to manage incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently.
• Develop and optimize warehouse processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Conduct regular stock audits and inventory checks to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to warehouse operations, inventory, and logistics.
• Manage and train warehouse staff, fostering a productive and motivated team environment.
• Handle any issues or discrepancies related to warehouse operations promptly and effectively.

Requirements

• 12th Pass or higher qualification with 1 to 6+ years of experience in warehouse and logistics management at Fabri Care.
• Proven experience in managing warehouse operations and a team effectively.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, logistics, and warehouse best practices at Fabri Care.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer applications.
