Experience Required
- 2+ Years of relevant experience
Experience in US patient logistics/planning operations preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Provider planning based on client goals and capacity
- Maximize screenings and increase home visits for providers
- Daily member inventory review and membership release
- Monitor operational deliverables and conduct internal audits
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage escalations
- Maintain operational trackers and monitor KPIs
- Provide end-to-end support to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and SLAs
Perform secondary reviews on critical deliverables
