We're now looking for a dynamic Supply Chain Manager to strengthen our backend operations and ensure smooth delivery of happiness across all channels.
Role Overview
The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing procurement, inventory, production coordination, distribution, and logistics to ensure efficient flow of materials and finished products.
This role is crucial in aligning operations with business goals and supporting our expansion across Gujarat and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and monitor the overall supply chain strategy.
- Manage inventory levels, procurement of raw materials, and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate between production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Optimize routes, cold-chain logistics, and dispatch schedules.
- Track and analyze supply chain performance metrics (OTIF, inventory turnover, wastage).
- Implement cost-saving measures without compromising product quality or delivery timelines.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, cold-chain standards, and company SOPs.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for demand forecasting and planning.
Required Skills
- Excellent knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and procurement.
- Strong command over Excel / ERP / MIS systems.
- An analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in cold storage / FMCG / food manufacturing preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Eligibility
- Education: BBA in SCM / MBA in SCM / B.Com / B.Tech in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Experience: 0 –7 years in supply chain/operations management (preferably FMCG or food sector).
