Warehouse Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and responsible Warehouse Associate to support day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure smooth inventory flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily inbound and outbound operations, including verifying documents, counting goods, and inspecting items. Maintain accurate records and comply with warehouse procedures.
• Organize, categorize, and store inventory efficiently while keeping the warehouse clean and orderly.
• Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure stock accuracy and report any discrepancies promptly.
• Monitor stock levels, manage safety inventory, and provide recommendations for restocking or inventory optimization.
• Coordinate local logistics, manage receipt and dispatch of goods, liaise with logistics partners, and ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse safety and hygiene, including measures to prevent moisture, fire, and theft.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in warehouse management, stock handling, inventory control, or related operations preferred.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and hardworking with strong accountability.
• Basic computer skills for maintaining inventory records and data verification.
• Experience in local logistics coordination is a plus.
