Position: Warehouse/Operations Associate
Location: (Ahmedabad & Field Locations as applicable)

1. Key Responsibilities
A. Warehouse & Godown Operations
- Supervise overall day-to-day warehouse and godown activities.
- Ensure proper receiving, unloading, stacking, storage, and dispatch of materials/products.
- Maintain systematic storage of agri products, raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Monitor inward and outward stock movement on a daily basis.
- Ensure FIFO (First In First Out) / FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of the warehouse.
B. Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate stock records physically and in system/register.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification.
- Monitor stock shortages, damages, expiries, leakage, or wastage.
- Coordinate with accounts and operations team for stock reconciliation.
- Prepare inventory reports and stock status updates regularly.
- Ensure proper labeling and identification of all products and materials.
C. Procurement & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely availability of stock, packaging materials, and operational requirements.
- Obtain quotations from multiple vendors and conduct price comparisons.
- Benchmark vendor pricing and service levels to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Follow up with vendors on delivery schedules and pending supplies.
- Coordinate with teams to maintain optimum stock levels
D. Dispatch & Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate timely dispatch of goods to centers, retailers, distributors, institutions, and field teams.
- Prepare dispatch documents, challans, and delivery records.
- Coordinate with transporters and loading staff for smooth movement of goods.
- Track pending dispatches and delivery status.
- Ensure proper packing and loading to avoid damage during transportation.
E. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure warehouse compliances including but not limited to FSSAI and ISO are followed.
- Monitor fire safety equipment and emergency arrangements.
- Ensure safe handling and storage of agro products and materials.
- Report any operational issues, damages, losses, or safety concerns immediately.
- Follow organizational SOPs and operational guidelines.
2. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain inward/outward registers and stock records.
- Prepare daily warehouse operation reports.
- Share dispatch reports, stock reports, and pending material status.
- Maintain records of damaged, expired, or returned products.
- Support audit and verification activities whenever required.
