Job Details
Position: Customer Service Executive – International Voice Process
Location: Brookefield, Bengaluru
Work Mode: Work from Office
Qualification: Minimum 10th Pass
Experience: Freshers and Experienced Candidates
Communication: Good English communication skills
Shifts: Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
Transport: Cab facility as per company policy
Preference: Immediate joiners
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain process quality standards and meet performance expectations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates who have completed at least 10th standard can apply.
- Good verbal communication skills in English are required.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills are preferred.
Not Eligible: Freshers with B.E./B.Tech degrees or any postgraduate qualification.
