Role Description

Urgently hiring a Sales & Marketing Manager for a reputed Facility Management preferably. Candidate should be graduate with computer skill and good communication in English .Work experience of 15 to 20 years in sales is required. Planning and strategizing for Sales and Marketing Targets

Candidate should be able to generate leads, send proposals and convert leads into business .

• Solid knowledge of marketing techniques, tools, and principles
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Proficiency in marketing software and online applications (e.g., CRM tools, online analytics, Google AdWords).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask.
• should be able to generate leads, cold calling, sending proposal and converting leads to sales.
• Should maintain good relation with clients. Should bring business to the company.
• Should have good communication skills and computer knowledge
• Must be staying staying in Bangalore - Bangalore south Preferred.
• Two-Wheeler with License must.
