Act as a strategic HR partner to leadership team for efficient human capital management.
Own and manage talent acquisition, employer branding, candidate experience, and hiring processes for a high growth startup.
Design and implement a structured performance appraisal framework and manage performance review cycles, goal setting, career development and feedback loops.
Manage and administer ESOP policies, grants, vesting schedules, and employee communication.
Drive the end-to-end monthly payroll process in alignment with finance team.
Build a high performing, cohesive and engaged team culture with employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and team-building activities.
Support leadership in compensation benchmarking and structuring employee benefits.
Ensure complete compliance with labor laws, HR documentation, employee records, and internal processes.
Support business leaders in managing team structures, growth planning, and talent development.
Good to have:
Prior 7-10 years of experience in founding HR roles, preferably in high growth startups.
Strong knowledge of ESOP frameworks and compensation structures.
Experience in HRBP, stakeholder management, and recruitment support.
Strong understanding of HR policies, labor law compliance, and HR operations.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced startup environments and handle ambiguity.
Proven ability to independently manage the entire HR function
Experience building HR processes from scratch in startups.
Exposure to HR analytics, performance frameworks, and organizational development.
