Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnering

  • Partner with business leaders across Performance, Branding, and Media teams
  • Drive org design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness
  • Act as a trusted advisor on people-related decisions

Talent Acquisition

  • Lead end-to-end hiring across levels and functions
  • Ensure quality hiring with strong stakeholder alignment
  • Optimize hiring metrics (TAT, cost, candidate experience)

HR Operations & Lifecycle Management

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
  • Oversee payroll inputs, policy implementation, and compliance
  • Build scalable HR processes in an agile setup

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and sensitive issues
  • Drive engagement initiatives, R&R, and culture-building activities
  • Conduct regular pulse checks and action planning

Performance Management

  • Drive goal setting, performance reviews, and calibration
  • Support managers in managing performance and growth plans

HR Analytics

  • Track and analyze HR metrics (attrition, hiring, engagement)
  • Provide insights to leadership for decision-making

What We're Looking For

  • 6–7 years of experience in HRBP / HR Ops roles
  • Strong exposure to both TA + HR Operations
  • Experience in a marketing/advertising agency preferred
  • Proven ability to handle multiple employee issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Agile, solution-oriented, and strong stakeholder management skills
