Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering
- Partner with business leaders across Performance, Branding, and Media teams
- Drive org design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness
- Act as a trusted advisor on people-related decisions
Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end hiring across levels and functions
- Ensure quality hiring with strong stakeholder alignment
- Optimize hiring metrics (TAT, cost, candidate experience)
HR Operations & Lifecycle Management
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
- Oversee payroll inputs, policy implementation, and compliance
- Build scalable HR processes in an agile setup
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and sensitive issues
- Drive engagement initiatives, R&R, and culture-building activities
- Conduct regular pulse checks and action planning
Performance Management
- Drive goal setting, performance reviews, and calibration
- Support managers in managing performance and growth plans
HR Analytics
- Track and analyze HR metrics (attrition, hiring, engagement)
- Provide insights to leadership for decision-making
What We're Looking For
- 6–7 years of experience in HRBP / HR Ops roles
- Strong exposure to both TA + HR Operations
- Experience in a marketing/advertising agency preferred
- Proven ability to handle multiple employee issues in a fast-paced environment
- Agile, solution-oriented, and strong stakeholder management skills
