Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Assistant to lead end-to-end Human Resource functions, including talent acquisition, HR operations, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement. The role requires a hands-on professional capable of managing both corporate and operational workforce.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end hiring for corporate and operational roles
- Coordinate with consultants, agencies, and internal stakeholders
- Manage job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts
- Track hiring metrics such as TAT, cost per hire, and attrition
2. HR Policies & Governance
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and manuals
- Ensure consistency and adherence across the organization
- Benchmark HR practices with industry standards
3. Performance Management
- Design and manage appraisal systems (KPIs)
- Support goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback cycles
- Drive a high-performance and accountability-driven culture
4. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and communication programs
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters
- Build a collaborative, ethical, and performance-oriented work environment
5. Compliance & Statutory Management
- Ensure compliance with all labour laws and statutory requirements:
- EPF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity
- CLRA & Shops and Establishments Act
- Manage audits, inspections, and documentation
6. Payroll & HR Operations
- Coordinate payroll with finance/external vendors
- Oversee attendance, leave management, onboarding, and exits
- Ensure accurate HR documentation and final settlements
7. Training & Development
- Identify and execute training programs (technical & soft skills)
- Manage onboarding and induction processes
- Support leadership development and succession planning
8. HR Systems & Reporting
- Manage HRMS/HRMIS systems
- Maintain dashboards and MIS reports for leadership
- Track attrition, manpower planning, and productivity metrics

Qualification & Experience
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
- Atleast 5 years of relevant HR experience
- Prior experience in manufacturing & industrial setup preferred
