About The Role
The role focuses on building and managing relationships with institutional clients across the APAC region. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client investment objectives and aligning them with the firm's offerings to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients across APAC
- Understand client financial objectives and align relevant investment solutions
- Pitch investment ideas to buy-side fund managers and address client queries effectively
- Drive sales strategy and revenue growth through new client acquisition and existing client expansion
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and market intelligence
- Convert leads into long-term institutional relationships
- Track and report sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to senior leadership
Candidate Requirements
- 10–12 years of experience in institutional sales
- Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and institutional client needs
- Proven track record in relationship management and business development
- Experience working with large institutional clients, preferably in the APAC region
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong network within the institutional and financial ecosystem
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
