Location: Wagle Estate, Thane

Role Overview-

Seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager Electrical Sales to lead and expand its electrical sales operations in the Mumbai region. The role involves strategic planning, business development, team leadership, and driving revenue growth across key accounts and projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Business Development Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business targets. Identify new market opportunities, key clients, and growth segments within the electrical domain. Drive expansion into new industries and strengthen market presence in Mumbai and surrounding regions.
  • Key Account Management Build and maintain strong relationships with major clients, consultants, contractors, and channel partners. Handle high-value negotiations, contracts, and long-term agreements. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through effective engagement.
  • Team Leadership Management Lead, mentor, and manage the electrical sales team. Set performance targets, monitor KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews. Foster a high-performance and collaborative sales culture.
  • Revenue Profitability Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure profitability margins. Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, and reporting metrics. Optimize pricing strategies and cost structures.
  • Market Intelligence Competitor Analysis Track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Provide insights for product development and market positioning.
  • Coordination Execution Work closely with technical, operations, and project teams to ensure seamless execution. Support tendering, bidding, and project acquisition processes.

Key Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 12- 18 years in electrical sales, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in handling large-scale electrical products/projects sales.
  • Strong network with contractors, consultants, and industrial clients in Mumbai region.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking with strong business acumen.
