Voice and Accent - Trainer

Job Title: Trainer -Voice / Accent

Experience: 5+ Years(Preferable 2+ Years in Training)

Work Location: Chennai-Ambit

General Purpose of Job:

To carry out Training Needs Analysis by understanding the existing Skills inventory and the required Skills Inventory and to to design, develop the appropriate training solutions to address the knowledge and Skill gaps of employees at all levels leading to performance improvement resulting in ROI.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for language & soft skills
• Support training for frontline support engineers in language & soft skills as per standards set by client
• Responsible for identifying performance gaps in the area of language & soft skills
• Come up with a suitable training strategy & implement the same through training & coaching
• Provide leadership for transaction monitoring process
• Responsible for devising & implementing a measurement system for language effectiveness level from entry to exit
• Develop Content using ID Principles (Instructor Guide, Student Guide, Exercise Book, Presentation & Knowledge Measure)
• Prepare and deliver tailor made courses as & when required
• Strong Analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Excellent presentation skills.
