Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned V&A Trainer with 7+ years of experience to lead our language and behavioral training initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in CEFR standards, phonetic transcription, and global accents (US/UK/AU), ensuring our workforce meets international communication benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Leadership: Solely responsible for Language, Voice & Accent (V&A), Soft Skills, and Behavioral training programs.
- Content Development: Design and manage training content using Instructional Design (ID) Principles (Instructor/Student Guides, Exercise Books, and Knowledge Measures).
- Strategic Implementation: Design and execute training strategies through workshops, coaching sessions, and feedback loops.
- Standardization: Implement and manage a measurement system based on CEFR standards to assess language proficiency from entry to exit.
- Capability Building: Conduct Train the Trainer (TTT) programs; mentor, calibrate, and certify internal Voice Trainers.
- Innovation: Research and integrate AI tools to enhance content creation and overall training effectiveness.
- Customization: Deliver bespoke training solutions tailored to specific client requirements or team problem statements.
Required Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years of total experience, primarily in the BPO/KPO domain.
- Expertise: Proven track record in Language & Soft Skills training with a mastery of English Grammar and Phonetic transcription.
- Global Exposure: High familiarity with various English accents, specifically US, UK, and Australian.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting; strong analytical mindset.
- Education: Any Graduate.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to influence through confident verbal and written communication.
