About the Job

We're building next-gen Voice AI products and looking for a hands-on developer (13 yrs experience) who can work across AI + backend systems.

If you enjoy building real-world systems (not just experimenting), this role is for you.

What you will do

• Build voice-based applications (STT LLM TTS pipelines)
• Work on real-time systems (streaming, WebSockets, low latency flows)
• Integrate LLM APIs (prompting, orchestration, function calling)
• Develop scalable APIs using Node.js + Express
• Work with event-driven systems, queues, async workflows
• Integrate and optimize Text-to-Speech systems (e.g., ElevenLabs or similar platforms)

Must Have

• 13 years experience with Node.js (Express)
• Strong understanding of async programming & APIs
• Experience integrating third-party APIs
• Basic understanding of Voice AI / speech systems

Good to Have

• Experience with Voice AI stack:
• LLM APIs (OpenAI, etc.)
• STT: Whisper, Deepgram
• TTS: ElevenLabs or similar
• Telephony: Twilio or similar
• Familiarity with AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, Codex) for development workflows
• Experience with DevOps(Docker, deployments, CI/CD, cloud)
• Familiarity with real-time systems (WebRTC / streaming)
• Experience with queues (BullMQ, Kafka, etc.)
