Position Summary:
We're looking for an individual with strong development skills to design and build AI-powered voice solutions across our platform, driving the integration of artificial intelligence into various aspects of our business. You will:
- Build and own systems end-to-end from design through production
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align AI capabilities with real customer needs
- Ensure what we ship scales reliably across a growing multi-tenant base
Your expertise will help us harness the power of AI to drive innovation, improve decision-making, and maintain a competitive edge in our industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and oversee the implementation of end-to-end AI solutions
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand and fulfill the AI needs of the organization
- Create architectural approaches for AI software and hardware integration
- Define AI solution objectives and ensure alignment with business outcomes
- Monitor AI industry trends and maintain state-of-the-art industry knowledge
- Implement best practices for AI testing, deployment, and maintenance
Qualifications: Candidates should be B.tech/M.tech/MCA (CSE/IT) preferably from premium institutes.
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
- Strong proficiency in Node.js / JavaScript / TypeScript for building and maintaining production applications
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka
- Experience working with AWS services - Lambda, API Gateway, S3. SQS, Bedrock
- Experience with WebSockets or similar real-time communication protocols
- Foundational understanding of Generative AI concepts prompting, embeddings, RAG pipelines, and LLM integration patterns
- Experience working with at least one AI/LLM framework or API in a production
- Proven understanding of scalable computing systems, microservices architectures, data structures, and algorithms
- Working with defined processes and policy (e.g. Peer review, test driven development, coding standards and deployment process)
Non-Technical Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability you break down ambiguous problems methodically
- Self-motivated and capable of owning features end-to-end with minimal supervision
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment with sprint-based delivery
Good To Have:
- Experience integrating with OpenAI and/or Anthropic APIs (tool calling, streaming, function calling)
- Hands-on experience with LangChain / LangGraph.
- Knowledge of Docker & Kubernetes
- Speech-to-Text & Text-to-Speech: Functional knowledge of speech processing
- Exposure to observability tooling structured logging, distributed tracing, metrics (e.g., Grafana, OpenTelemetry)
- Experience to work with geographically distributed teams
