Key Responsibilities
- Shoot and edit YouTube long-form videos, Shorts, Instagram Reels, and branded content
- Handle end-to-end video production (shoot → edit → publish-ready output)
- Perform video editing including cutting, pacing, transitions, color grading, sound mixing, and basic motion graphics
- Maintain and manage video production equipment (camera, lenses, lighting, gimbal/tripod)
- Apply YouTube SEO basics, audience retention strategies, and storytelling techniques
- Stay updated with YouTube trends, short-form content trends, and social media algorithms
