Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve Shopflo's visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Design and ship high-quality marketing websites using Framer.
  • Handle end-to-end execution, including layout, responsiveness, interactions, and polish.
  • Ensure consistency across web, social, decks, and marketing assets.
  • Build systems and templates that enable scalable and repeatable design output.
  • Enable non-design teams to create on-brand assets efficiently.
  • Work closely with founders, marketing, and product teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Take concepts from early direction to shipped output quickly.
  • Share opinions, take decisions, and push for better design outcomes.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in visual or brand design.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Framer, including multi-page sites, CMS, responsiveness, and interactions.
  • Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to own projects end-to-end with minimal guidance.
  • Strong sense of consistency and systems thinking.
  • Range across web, brand, and social design.
  • Freelance and side projects count.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
