Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer with 4 to 7 years of experience to lead and elevate the school's visual communication across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual thinking, excellent execution skills, and the ability to translate educational values into engaging visual narratives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Anandi School's visual identity across all touchpoints
- Design marketing collaterals including brochures, posters, presentations, banners, newsletters, and social media creatives
- Create engaging digital assets for website, email campaigns, and online promotions
- Conceptualize campaign themes for admissions, events, workshops, and community initiatives
- Collaborate with academic, marketing, and leadership teams to translate ideas into compelling visual storytelling
- Leverage AI-powered design tools for ideation, image generation, layout exploration, content enhancement, and workflow efficiency
- Stay updated on emerging AI design technologies and integrate them thoughtfully into the creative process
- Oversee photography, videography, and basic editing when required
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4 to 7 years of professional experience in visual design, graphic design, or brand design
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and print work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Working knowledge of AI-assisted creative tools such as generative image platforms, AI layout assistants, and content enhancement tools
- Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills
- Ability to think conceptually and execute with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Attributes
- Comfort experimenting with emerging technologies and AI-driven workflows
- Motion graphics or video editing skills are a plus
