Role Overview
We are looking for a Visual Designer with strong creative instincts, technical proficiency, and a sharp eye for detail. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and UX to bring our brand to life through compelling visuals across digital, print, and product touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visually compelling designs for marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, product launches and more
- Translate brand guidelines into consistent and engaging visuals across channels
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and UX teams to ensure visual consistency and alignment with goals
- Develop illustrations, icons, and graphic assets as needed
- Maintain and update visual asset libraries
- Take ownership of multiple projects and deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in visual design, graphic design, or a related field
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative, detail-oriented work across different media
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- High attention to detail and a strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout
- Experience in motion graphics or UI design is a plus
