IN OHL is seeking a Visual designer to architect and drive our central design operations across one of Amazon's fastest-growing categories. This pivotal role sits at the intersection of creative excellence, technological innovation, and business growth, leading the transformation of how millions of customers discover and shop for Home, Kitchen and Outdoor products on Amazon. The role will lead design for OHL Category page, Program Stores and all central Gateway assets during both BAU and HVEs.
Key job responsibilities
Own the complete design vision and execution strategy for OHL's merchandising presence across Amazon's platform while driving innovation in visual merchandising that directly impacts customer experience and business metrics
- Lead design operations for the OHL Category page
- Own end to end thinking and designing for key OHL programs like Speed, Custom, Bestsellers
- Lead GW design for all OHL central propositions and assets
- Lead design for key OHL events like Prime shopping days
- Design OHL Marketing newsletters
- Enable adoption of AI enabled tools and mechanisms
About The Team
The Home & Kitchen Central Marketing team drives marketing initiatives across 8 categories (Home, Kitchen, Furniture, Sports, Automotive, Lawn and Garden, Buisness and Industrial Suppliesm, Home Improvement and Furniture) . The team works in fast paced environment, presents exceptional growth opportunities to the right candidates and provides a motivating environment for the employees to perform. Within central marketing you will be working with cross functional leaders across GW, Events, Social media, Business workstreams.
Basic Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Design, or related field
- 4+ years in design, including demonstrable impact in e-commerce or retail
- Strong portfolio showcasing systematic thinking and scalable design solutions
- Excellence in stakeholder management and communication
Preferred Qualifications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in retail or e-commerce design, particularly in merchandising
- Track record of implementing innovative design solutions at scale
- Experience with performance marketing and data-driven design
- Knowledge of emerging technologies in design and creative automation
