Role Overview
This role is for designers who think in ideas, not just layouts. You should be comfortable shaping visual concepts from strategy and translating briefs into original creative directions, not only executing existing references. If you enjoy building distinctive visual narratives and influencing how a brand looks and feels, you'll fit right in.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop original concepts and visual directions aligned with brand strategy
- Lead design across campaigns, social, ads, website and brand communication
- Evolve and maintain a strong, consistent visual language
- Apply advanced typography, composition and colour sensibility
- Design with audience insight, platform context and marketing objectives in mind
- Collaborate with marketing, content and performance teams during campaign planning
- Manage timelines, feedback loops and final asset delivery with ownership
Core Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating concept driven, original work
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or equivalent tools
- Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, storytelling and design systems
- Ability to independently lead projects from ideation to final execution
- Strong aesthetic judgment and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of illustration
- Comfort working in fast paced, campaign driven environments
Good to Have
- Motion graphics or short form video understanding
- Experience with fashion, lifestyle or D2C brands
- Print production and multi format asset knowledge
- Familiarity with modern AI assisted creative workflows
