Visual Designer

At AquilonTech, we are looking for a Visual Designer to join our studio team. We are a digital transformation partner, and we value designers who are confident in their craft but remain humble and open to a collaborative process.

This is a remote position. We are looking for someone who is ready to move beyond basic execution and contribute to the way we build and refine our workflows and visual language.

You'll be an integral part of our daily operations, focusing on three core areas:

• Scalable Design: You will help us move past one-off designs. You'll work on building and maintaining systems and assets that are flexible and scalable across diverse platforms.
• Design Critiquing: We believe in a culture of honest, constructive feedback. You will participate in regular crit sessions to refine your work and help others do the same.
• AI-Integrated Workflows: We are actively exploring how to practically incorporate AI tools into our daily design processes. You'll collaborate with us to find the most efficient ways to bridge human creativity with AI efficiency.
  

• Experience: Roughly 3 years in a professional design role (agency or in-house).
• Portfolio (Mandatory): We need to see your work. Your portfolio should demonstrate a strong sense of aesthetics, clean layouts, and attention to detail.
• Design Sense: A deep understanding of digital formats, social media standards, and branding.
• Software Proficiency: Knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus, but we prioritise your design thinking and visual intuition over specific tool mastery.
• Attitude: You are comfortable with feedback, enjoy a remote-first culture, and are interested in evolving your workflow.
