Visual Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and future-focused Generative AI (Human) Designer who can combine design thinking, storytelling, and AI-powered creativity to build next-generation visual experiences and campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both human creativity and AI-assisted design workflows. The candidate should be capable of using generative AI tools to create high-quality visual assets, concepts, videos, branding ideas, campaign creatives, and digital experiences at speed and scale.

The ideal candidate is experimental, trend-aware, visually strong, and passionate about exploring how AI can enhance creative execution — while maintaining strong human creative direction.

Key Responsibilities

AI-Powered Creative Design

• Create AI-generated visual concepts, campaign creatives, moodboards, and digital assets
• Use generative AI tools for image, video, motion graphics, and creative experimentation
• Develop high-quality AI-assisted social media creatives, ad concepts, presentations, and storytelling assets
• Translate creative briefs into visually compelling AI-generated outputs

Prompt Engineering for Design

• Create and optimize prompts for image generation, visual storytelling, branding, and creative ideation
• Experiment with multiple AI tools and workflows to achieve desired creative results
• Refine and edit AI-generated outputs to align with brand identity and creative quality standards

Creative Innovation & Trend Exploration

• Stay updated with emerging AI design trends, tools, and creative technologies
• Explore innovative AI-led storytelling formats and visual experiences
• Research global trends in generative design, AI advertising, immersive content, and digital culture

Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with creative, strategy, content, social media, production, and innovation teams
• Support pitch presentations, campaign ideation, and rapid prototyping
• Collaborate with AI teams to develop scalable creative workflows and automation systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong visual design and creative storytelling skills
• Understanding of generative AI tools and AI-assisted creative workflows
• Excellent prompt engineering skills for visual generation
• Knowledge of branding, typography, composition, and digital design principles
• Strong understanding of social media and digital content trends
• Ability to combine human creativity with AI-powered execution
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experimental and innovation-driven mindset
