Position Overview: We're looking for a full-time Visual / Graphic Designer who can bring Firefly's brand world to life across digital and physical touchpoints. You'll work closely with the marketing and retail teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals that feel elevated, modern, and unmistakably Firefly. This is not a plug-and-play design role. We want someone who thinks, questions, creates, and builds.

1 Brand & Visual Communication

• Design clear, engaging visual communication across web, mobile, retail, and print
• Translate marketing briefs into strong visual concepts and layouts
• Ensure consistent branding across all platforms and retail stores
• Maintain high standards of quality, refinement, and attention to detail across all outputs

2 Digital & Performance Assets

Create high-quality assets for:

• Social media
• Performance marketing campaigns
• Website banners and digital creatives
• Contribute to growing our online presence through design-led storytelling
• Align digital creatives with campaign goals and brand positioning

3 Retail & Offline Brand Experience

• Design in-store branding elements, retail collateral, posters, and packaging
• Develop brand merchandise and physical touchpoints that reflect a premium identity
• Work closely with retail teams to ensure consistency across all store environments

4 Collaboration & Creative Thinking

• Think creatively and independently while collaborating closely with the marketing team
• Manage multiple projects with strong time management and prioritization skills
• Continuously elevate Firefly's visual identity with fresh, modern perspectives

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates aesthetic sensitivity and brand thinking
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; Figma is a plus)
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects
• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
• A creative self-starter who is comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively
• Video editing skills (Reels, short-form social content, basic motion graphics)
• Experience working with Shopify (updating banners, landing pages, basic design adaptations)
• Basic understanding of performance marketing creatives
• Interest in fashion, luxury, or jewellery branding
