Role: Visual Designer
We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Designer with extensive knowledge of e-learning media modalities such as animations, talking head videos, and AI generative tools. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of how to apply design principles for effective communication, ensuring engaging digital learning experiences. This role requires end-to-end execution of proof of concepts (POCs) while aligning with customer requirements and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the ideation, conceptualization, and execution of innovative media solutions across diverse learning formats.
- Develop and execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) with a complete understanding of customer briefs and business needs.
- Ensure seamless integration of AI-driven tools for media generation, enhancing design efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to present design strategies, pricing models, and assumptions while gathering feedback.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to create estimations, proposals, and strategic media recommendations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital learning media.
- Develop compelling proposal decks and documents, ensuring clear communication of design concepts and solutions.
Skills & Expertise:
- Expertise in diverse media formats including animations, video-based learning, virtual labs, and software simulations.
- Proficiency in AI-powered generative tools for media creation (e.g., Runway ML, Eleven Labs, Midjourney, Synthesia).
- Strong understanding of Web Content Accessibility (WCAG) guidelines.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools: Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator), and rapid authoring tools.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Multi-skilled with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design, Applied Arts, Multimedia, or related fields.
- 4+ years of experience in the eLearning industry, with expertise in media strategy, development, and execution.
