We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Visual Designer with 23 years of professional experience to join our remote design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, a solid understanding of branding and digital design, and the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visually engaging designs for digital platforms including websites, mobile apps, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop brand identities, logo concepts, typography systems, and visual guidelines.
- Design UI elements, banners, presentations, pitch decks, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive design solutions.
- Interpret briefs and translate requirements into high-quality visual outputs.
- Maintain design consistency across all client and internal projects.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 23 years of professional experience as a Visual Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, UI, and marketing design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
- Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard for visual quality.
