As a key contributor to our brand's visual identity, you will:
- Support Brand ConsistencyAssist in maintaining and refining the visual brand identity for the Careernet Group across various platforms.
- Create Engaging DesignsDevelop creative layouts, graphics, and marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Design Multi-Channel AssetsDevelop social media graphics, website visuals, email templates, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
- Transform Ideas into VisualsTranslate concepts into compelling visual representations and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Experiment with AestheticsExplore typography, colors, and iconography to enhance brand appeal.
- Stay Updated on TrendsKeep an eye on design trends and best practices to continually enhance our visual communication.
- Work with Design ToolsUtilize Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and other relevant software to produce high-quality graphics.
- Support Business Needs Assist in creating visually engaging presentations and reports as required.
What You'll Need
- 5-7 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or related fields.
- A strong eye for detail, layout principles, and design aesthetics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Basic knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
- A degree in graphic design or a related field (or equivalent experience).
