Job Description

What You Will Own

  • Edit and deliver high-quality video content across formats: product demos, client walkthroughs, training recordings, social clips, reels, and thought leadership content.
  • Take raw footage, Loom recordings, and screen captures and turn them into polished, professional deliverables.
  • Create motion graphics, lower thirds, transitions, and visual elements that match the brand.
  • Clip and repurpose long-form content (webinars, sessions, team calls) into short-form social assets.
  • Manage company's video content library — organised, versioned, and ready to deploy
  • Collaborate with the Knowledge Manager to edit and produce training videos and onboarding content
  • Use AI video tools to accelerate editing, auto-caption, transcribe, and enhance output quality

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI video tools (Descript, Runway, Captions, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, or similar) Background in B2B, tech, or SaaS content.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Figma).
  • Experience editing for LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, and YouTube simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with brand guidelines and ability to build and follow a visual identity.

AI-First Expectations

You'll use AI tools to move faster — not to cut corners. Descript for transcript-based

editing, Captions for auto-subtitling, Runway for visual enhancement, and Claude for

scripting support. We expect you to actively explore new AI video tools and bring the

best ones into our workflow. If a new tool cuts your editing time in half — we want to

know about it immediately.

Requirements (Must-Have)

  • 1–3 years of video editing experience — portfolio of real, polished work required.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Strong eye for pacing, colour, typography, and storytelling through video.
  • Experience editing screen recordings, talking-head videos, and product demos.
  • Ability to create basic motion graphics and titles (After Effects or equivalent).
  • Fast and reliable — Company moves quickly and turnaround times are tight
  • Good communication skills to take briefs and deliver without back-and-forth
  • Maintain fast turnaround times without sacrificing quality — speed is part of the brief
